Tony Kalanjian

Fresno Suit Outlet

Tony Kalanjian was born in Beirut, Lebanon and came to live in the United States at age 3. When he arrived, he only spoke Armenian.  He attended Bullard High School in Fresno, where he took part in sports like basketball and football. During his time at Bullard he knew he wanted to do something in the business field. He worked with his father for a couple of years at his shoe repair store, and then became a salesperson at the Yellow Pages. After a few years he became a manager, a position he held for seven years. He received much of his suit education while working at the Yellow Pages.

Kalanjian now owns the Fresno Suit Outlet. Suit prices at the store start out at $100. With the purchase of three or more suits a customer receives a free shirt, tie, belt, handkerchief and socks. The outlet boasts 20 different colored shirts and 3,000 to 4,000 ties in stock at any given time.
