Dr. Tanya Warwick

Fresno Community Regional Medical Center

Tanya C. Warwick, M.D. is currently working as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurology for the University of California San Francisco – Fresno and is the Medical Director of the Stroke Program at Community Regional Medical Center.  She is double board certified in both Adult and Vascular Neurology and is a certified Neurosonologist.  Dr. Warwick attended medical school at Marshall University School of Medicine and performed her neurology residency at Vanderbilt University.


Dr. Warwick is a member of the California Stroke Task Force and the Latino Stroke Task Force and is on the Board of Directors for the Fresno chapter of the American Heart Association.  Dr. Warwick was named one of “Fresno’s Best Doctors” in both 2007 and 2008 by Fresno Magazine, and has published many peer reviewed articles in areas such as stroke, epilepsy, and quality improvement. 


She spends her free time creating mosaic art and often donates her works to charities such as the American Stroke Association and the Epilepsy Foundation of Delaware for silent auction fundraising events. She is also on the Board of Governors for the Fresno Madera Medical Society.
