Mandingo Cain serves as an electronic recycling specialist at Electronic Recyclers International. He is the right-hand man to John Shegerian, the chairman and CEO of ERI. Coming from a childhood of crime and drugs, Cain is an inspiration to the more than 60 ERI employees that have had challenging, and sometimes criminal, pasts.

Several years ago, Cain was offered a position at ERI by Shegerian, and thanks to that opportunity, he continues to reach new levels of success. Cain is married, with four children of his own, and is also a licensed minister. Shegerian counts on Cain as one of his most trusted associates and turns to him for advice and counsel – not just on recycling electronics, but on recycling lives – something both men are committed to on a daily basis.
